Group programs offer high-impact experiences for youth, adults, and educators that develop leadership and character in a new and challenging environment. We work with organizations to build programs to meet goals and transfers skills back to the classroom or organization. We are dedicated to serving underrepresented and under-served communities while drawing on a legacy of transformational programs developed for more than 80 years.

Program Types

1-Day Programs: Team Building, Ropes Course and Rock Climbing

Overnight: Basecamp or Expedition Style: Rock Climbing, Backpacking or Urban

The core of Outward Bound's educational philosophy is the belief that success requires character growth and learned skills to assume leadership roles and take positive approaches to life's challenges.

By engaging participants in demanding situations, Outward Bound allows participants to develop as leaders while encouraging self-reliance, problem solving, craftmanship, decision making and service to one another and the environment.
