Mail while on course - Mail will be delivered either during a resupply or at the end of course. Any mail received after the course, or too late to be delivered, will be forwarded to the student's address on file. To ensure a timely delivery to your student please make sure letters and mail have arrived at least 3 days prior to the course end date. This may mean writing your letters before your student has started course. Packages and letters may take up to a week to be delivered to our base camp, please plan accordingly. Packages are subject to opening prior to delivery to the student. Some courses may have a backcountry horse supported resupply and students will be unable to receive packages until course end due to limited space/weight.
30‐Day Courses: 2 resupplies, roughly one every 9‐10 days. 22‐Day Courses: 2 resupplies, roughly 1 every week 12/14‐Day Courses: 1 resupply, roughly half way through course. 10‐Day Courses: Up to 1 resupply possible, depending on course type. <10 Day Courses: No resupply scheduled. Mail will be delivered after course.
